Once your order is confirmed, we will ship your item within 3 business days.
For back-ordered or pre-ordered items, we will ship the product within 3 business days after delivery.

• If you pay for regular in-stock items and pre-order items at the same time, the pre-order items will be shipped together on the delivery date.
• We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

If the total amount of your purchase is 11,000 yen (tax included) or more, shipping is free (per delivery address).

Products will be delivered by Yamato Transport's "Takkyubin" service. The estimated delivery time from shipping is 1 to 3 days.

• The tracking number will be included in the "Shipping Information" email sent to you at the time of shipment.
• Please check the delivery status after shipment using the parcel inquiry system.

• Delivery may be delayed due to weather or road conditions.

If there is a delay in receiving your package due to a long absence on your part, the delivery company will store your package for a maximum of 7 days, including the day of shipment, regardless of the reason.
If your package is returned after the storage period has expired, additional shipping charges will be incurred for re-delivery, so please be sure to collect it within the period.

• Please be sure to collect your returned item within the specified period, as a separate shipping fee will be charged for re-delivery.
• If you refuse to accept the item or cancel after it has been shipped, we may charge you for the round-trip shipping costs (even in cases where shipping is free).
• If your parcel is returned due to a long absence or refusal to accept delivery, we may not be able to accept your next order.
