Regarding product sales

About the product Many of the products sold in our store are handmade.
For handmade products such as ceramics, the color, shape, and feel may be slightly different from the photograph.
Please be aware of this when purchasing.
If you wish to return or exchange an item for any of the above reasons, due to the nature of the product, it will be a return or exchange at the customer's discretion.
Sales price

The sales price is the displayed amount (display price/tax included).

For international shipping, no consumption tax is charged.

Payment Method Credit card payment (VISA / MasterCard / American Express / JCB), You can pay with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Shipping

▪︎For shipping within Japan

The shipping fee is 890 yen (tax included) per delivery address nationwide.
If the total amount of your purchase is 11,000 yen (tax included) or more, shipping is free (per delivery address).

▪︎For shipping outside of Japan

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the distance it will take to be delivered. The shipping charge will be displayed after you add your items to your cart and enter your shipping address at checkout.

*Please note that if the item is forwarded after shipment due to an incorrect address or a move, an additional fee will be charged for shipping to the recipient.

Confirmation of your order Once we have confirmed your payment details, we will send you an email, at which point a contract will be concluded between you and us.
If payment is not received within seven days of placing your order (including, but not limited to, if the payment method used to place your order is declined), your order will be cancelled.
If you still wish to purchase the product, please place a new order with a valid payment method.
Cancellation Policy We accept cancellations before the product is prepared for shipping. If you wish to cancel, please contact support@kokowa.co.jp as soon as possible.
Please note that if the item has already been packed, it cannot be cancelled.
Product delivery time

Once your order is confirmed, we will ship your item within 3 business days.
For back-ordered items, we will ship within 3 business days of delivery. We will ship the product.

  • If you purchase regular products (in-stock items) and back-ordered items ( including pre-ordered items) at the same time, Items will be shipped together on the delivery date of the ordered item.
  • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Returns and Exchanges

Depending on customer convenience Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product.

Items must be in the same condition as when they were delivered (unused, unworn, with tags and in the original packaging). Sale items cannot be accepted.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and take appropriate action.
