Return and Refund Policy

Return/exchange deadline 14 days after delivery of the product.
Items eligible for return Items must be in the same condition as when they were delivered (unused, unworn, with tags and in the original packaging).
Return Process

If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label (return shipping labels are provided for damaged, incorrectly delivered, and defective items) and instructions on how and where to ship the item. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Regarding damage and malfunctions

Please check the contents upon receiving the product. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered item, please contact us immediately. We will replace or refund the item.

Non-returnable items

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Opened product
  • Sale items
  • Products that have been damaged, lost, scratched or stained due to reasons attributable to the customer
  • If more than 14 days have passed since the product arrived
  • Special orders (specially ordered items, personalized products, etc.)
About exchanges

Items must be in the same condition as when they were delivered (unused, unworn, and in the original packaging).

The most reliable way to receive the product you want is to return the product you have and then purchase a new item separately once your return has been accepted.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will contact you to let you know whether your refund is approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
